You can invite up to 49 people to join you in a Space for no extra charge! This applies to all plans.

For example, let’s say you create a Space and upgrade it to Pro. You then invite 30 people to join your Pro Space. They can all join for no extra charge and they will get Pro access while working in your Space.

Adding teammates helps you move faster — not pay more.

Who pays for the subscription for a Space?

The Admin is responsible for paying for the subscription for a Space. The Admin is either the:

  • Person who created the team

  • Person who has been assigned the role of Admin.

What happens to previous team subscriptions?

In the past, Photoroom required each team member to have a subscription. This is no longer the case. We now use a 1 subscription per Space model (see table at the start of this article).

If you previously paid for each team member’s seat, we will automatically move your Space to a plan that matches your spend. For example, if you have paid for 10 seats, we will upgrade your Space to an Ultra Space.

Do the limits increase if you invite more people?

No. Each Space has a set amount of AI credits and these are shared by all team members in that Space. When any team member uses an AI feature to generate an image, it costs AI credits.

For more details, see AI credits and Batch export limits.

Permissions in other Spaces

Your subscription does not transfer into other Spaces.

The Admin for a Space pays for the subscription. The subscription defines what features and limits are available to everyone in that Space.
