Center an image on a design or template

Learn how to position a layer in the center of a design or template

To position an image in the center of a design or template:

  1. Either:

    • Create a new design, select a template, and open the design in the editor.

    • Open an existing design in the editor.
      ​

  2. Select the layer that contains the image.

  3. Drag the layer towards the center of the canvas.

  4. Use the placement guides to position the layer in the center. Move the layer so that it is at the point where the vertical and horizontal guidelines meet.
    ​

Note: If you don't see the placement guides when you move a layer near the center, they may be turned off. You can turn them on in your Settings or Preferences.
