The Photoroom web app is at app.photoroom.com. If you access it and it won't load, try the following:
Check your internet connection is working by visiting other websites. Try a website that has videos, like YouTube, and see if a video will play and stream correctly.
If you are using a VPN or ad blocker, try disabling them.
Clear your browser cache. For instructions, see your browser's documentation (or do a web search).
If you are using Google Chrome:
Try using incognito mode.
If the Web App works in incognito mode, it a browser extension might be the cause of the problem. In normal mode, disable your browser extensions one at a time and try to identify the one that causes the problem through a process of elimination.
Make sure hardware acceleration is turned on.
Select Menu and then Settings and then turn on Use graphics acceleration when available.
Make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome. You may need to update Chrome (see Update Google Chrome, a Google support article).
Try using a different browser. Sometimes, updates can cause problems in particular browsers. If you can switch to a different browser and use that instead, it will allow you to continue working while there is a temporary problem.
