Photoroom can generate high quality images for your Instagram posts. All you need to do is upload a photo to the AI Instagram Post feature. The AI will analyze your image and create a range of images that are automatically sized to suit Instagram posts. You can use the images as they are, use the settings to tweak parts, or open an image in the main Photoroom editor and edit it just like a regular design.
Once you have the image you want, save it as a design and export it so that you can upload it to Instagram.
Availability: AI Instagram Post is currently only available on the Pro and Max plans on the iPhone and iPad versions of Photoroom.

Decide what you are going to do with the image:
To use the image without making any changes, select Save. Photoroom saves the image as a design in your workspace and as an image file on your device. You can share the image with others too.
To use the main Photoroom editor to make changes to the design, select Edit.
This step only applies if you chose Edit in the previous step.
Use the editor settings to make changes to the design. The design consists of a background layer, a layer for the main subject of your image, and layers for text and other elements. Each layer has its own settings.
To learn more about using the editor, search the help center for articles about editing, layers, text, etc.
[Optional] Select Export to save your design in your workspace and also as an image file on your device. You can use the Export settings to share the image with others too.
Select X to exit the editor and save your design.
