First steps for the main current issues

Common Issues & Quick Fixes

😬 Your app crashes on your iPhone or iPad

→ Our team has released an update (version 2025.39.02) that fixes this issue. Please head to the App Store and update to the latest version to ensure the app runs smoothly. You can find more details here.

🔑 You have an issue exporting or downloading images

→ If you’ve reached AI generation limits while being on a paid plan, please ensure you’re on the right Space (related to your paid plan).
📱 On mobile, go to “Content” and select the correct Team at the top of the screen.
💻 On the WebApp, you can change it directly from the top left of your screen. You can find more details about AI generation limits here

💵 AI generation limits and plan or subscription concerns

Generation limits depend on the space you are in. They reset every week.

  • Max Space has considerably higher AI generation limits than a Pro Space.

  • Pro Space has considerably higher AI generation limits than a Free Space.

  • Free Space has low AI generation limits.

We cannot share the number of generation limits at the moment but we are working on a progress bar to help you see usage progress.

We have entirely removed AI export limits. Only free users have limited total exports.
