On the Web App, your browser may prevent Photoroom from downloading multiple images at once. This is a security feature of browsers such as Google Chrome. You may experience this problem when you:
Select multiple designs on your Designs page and then select Download.
Use Batch Mode and select Download.
To fix it, you'll need to switch the security feature off (just for app.photoroom.com, not other websites).
Allow download multiple files from the pop-up
The first time you try to download multiple unzipped images, you should see a pop-up asking you to allow the downloads.
Select Allow and the browser will let Photoroom download your images.
Select Block and the browser will prevent Photoroom from downloading your images.
If you don't see the pop-up or you accidentally selected Block, follow the steps for your browser in the sections below.
Allow download of multiple files in Google Chrome
To set Google Chrome to allow Photoroom to download multiple files:
Open app.photoroom.com in Google Chrome.
Select the link below:
chrome://settings/content/siteDetails?site=https%3A%2F%2Fapp.photoroom.com
Set Automatic downloads to Allow.
Return to Photoroom in the Web App and try to download again. The images should now download correctly.
If you still can't download multiple files, contact support for help.
Allow download of multiple files in Safari
Open app.photoroom.com in Safari.
Select Safari in the menu bar.
Select Settings.
Select the Websites tab.
In the sidebar, select Downloads.
Set app.photoroom.com to Allow.
Exit the settings dialog.
Return to Photoroom in the Web App and try to download again. The images should now download correctly.
If you still can't download multiple files, contact support for help.
Other browsers
Other browsers may have similar settings to control what happens when you download. We recommend that you do a web search for the name of your browser + "allow files to download" to find out how to allow downloads.
