If your current Photoroom subscription started before November 18, 2025, you may be eligible for extended Batch export limits. These limits reflect what was included in your original plan before we introduced the new Batch policies.

Who is eligible for extended Batch export limits?
You are eligible if:
Your current subscription (monthly or yearly) started before November 18, 2025, and
Your subscription is still active and has not yet renewed since that date.
If both of these conditions are true, you can unlock extended Batch export limits that match what your subscription originally included.
How to activate extended Batch export limits
Extended limits are not applied automatically. To enable them, use the Web App:
Whether you subscribed on mobile or web, you must activate extended limits from the Web App:
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Go to Preferences.
Open the Usage tab.
Select Request Extended Batch Export Limits.
When you have made the request, the extended limits will be applied to your Space.
How long do extended limits apply?
Extended Batch export limits apply until your current subscription renews.
This means:
Monthly subscriptions: extended limits apply until the end of your current monthly billing cycle
Yearly subscriptions: extended limits apply until the end of your current yearly billing cycle
After your renewal date, your plan will use the standard Batch export limits associated with your subscription tier.
What happens when your subscription renews?
When your subscription renews (monthly or yearly):
Your Batch export limits will align with the current Batch limits for your plan
You can choose to upgrade, downgrade, or keep your plan based on your actual usage
Renewal is a great moment to reassess your needs and select the plan that matches your volume and workflow.
Do you need to do anything else?
No — once you request extended Batch export limits through the Billing tab, you’re all set.
You’ll keep your extended limits automatically until your subscription renews.
