You purchased a Photoroom Pro, Max, or Ultra subscription
You request a refund within 7 days of your last payment.
Refunds are not available for API users. If you’re using the Photoroom API, please contact us to discuss your case.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be declined in cases of misuse or violations of our terms and conditions.
Refunds may take several days to arrive in your account. Refund processing times can vary depending on your payment method and the terms of the App Store and Play Store.
Refunds for subscriptions made from the Apple App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to their payment schedules. Photoroom cannot access or manage App Store refunds.
Refunds for subscriptions made from the Google Play Store are handled by Google and are subject to their payment schedules.
