When you create a design, Photoroom removes the background of your image automatically. There is also a Background Remover tool that does the same job and you can access it from the AI Tools menu.
In this article, we explain how to use Background Remover on the Web App version of Photoroom. If you are using the iOS or Android version, see:
On Web App
To use the Background Remover tool:
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space you want to work in.
Select AI Tools.
Select Background Remover.
Upload a photo.
Photoroom removes the photo's background automatically.
[Optional] Use the editor to make further changes to your design. For example, you can add text, graphics, shadows, and choose a different background.
Select Download to save your design to your device as an image file. Enter a file name and select the image file format and then select Download.
Select Home to exit the editor and save your design in Photoroom.
