This article explains how to connect the Photoroom Web App to your Shopify store. When the connection is set up, you can use Product Catalog to:
Add product images
Edit hundreds of product images at once
Publish edited photos to live listings in one click.
Note: The app is safe to install and will not affect impact load times or performance.
Availability
Product Catalog is available on all plans but exporting, downloading, and publishing is only available on Max and Ultra.
Steps (Web App)
To connect Photoroom to your Shopify store:
Log in to Shopify.
Log in to Photoroom at app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space you want to work in.
Note:
To connect to Shopify, you need to be an Admin for the Space.
Product Catalog is available on all plans, but downloading, exporting and publishing to Shopify requires a Max or Ultra Space.
Select Shopify Products.
Note: If Photoroom displays a "Shopify integration not found" message, refresh the page. After the refresh, you should see the Shopify connection page.
Select Connect to Shopify.
The Photoroom AI Listing Assistant page opens in the Shopify App Store.
Select Open.
Photoroom installs the app that allows it to connect to and sync with your Shopify store. The app is safe to install and does not affect store load times or performance.
During installation, Photoroom syncs with your Shopify store and imports your product images. For the sync to succeed, you need:
A stable internet connection
Shopify and Photoroom services running normally.
[Optional] Select Start tour for a quick guide to Product Catalog.
Alternatively, select Maybe later to skip the tour.

Problems connecting your store?
