Your subscription is tied to the App Store or Play Store account you used to purchase it. It cannot be transferred to another account (Apple and Google control this, not Photoroom).
You have two options if you want to use a different account:
Wait until close to renewal, then cancel and resubscribe
Cancel and resubscribe now.
Typically, we recommend that customers wait until renewal, especially those on annual plans.
Wait until close to renewal, then cancel
With this approach, you avoid losing any remaining value in your subscription:
Check when your current subscription renews (you can find this in your App Store/Play Store subscription settings).
Cancel your subscription just before the renewal date. You will still have access until the end of the billing period.
For instructions, see Cancel your subscription.
When the subscription expires, make sure your preferred Apple/Google account is active on the App Store/Play Store.
Buy a new subscription using your preferred Apple ID/Google account.
Note: If your subscription was purchased within the last 7 days, you may be able to cancel it and then request a refund through Apple/Google. This avoids having to wait and losing any remaining value. See Request a refund.
Cancel and resubscribe now
With this approach, you lose any remaining value in your subscription but you get your preferred subscription and account now.
Cancel your current subscription immediately.
You will continue to have access to it until the subscription ends. We cannot refund for this period or transfer its value to a different account.
Note: If your subscription was purchased within the last 7 days, you may be able to request a refund through Apple/Google instead of losing any remaining value. See Request a refund.
Make sure your preferred Apple ID/Google account is active on the App Store/Play Store.
