To collaborate on designs with colleagues, you can either:
Invite people to join your personal Space
Create a new shared Space and invite people to join.
In a shared Space, members can:
Access each other’s designs
Share assets
Leave feedback and collaborate together.
Note: If you invite people to join your Space, it will become a shared Space automatically.
Steps (Web App)
To create a new Space:
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space menu.
Select Create a Space.
Follow the on-screen instructions to:
Enter a name for the Space
Invite people by email or with an invite link
Select Send invites to invite members, or select Skip to continue without inviting anyone.
[Optional] Add brand details to your Space:
Enter your website URL and select Import.
Photoroom browses your site and collect logos, fonts and colors.Select Add to Brand kit to confirm.
Photoroom adds the information to the Brand kit for the Space.
Select Continue.
You are now the Admin of the Space.
By default, new Spaces are created as Free Spaces. You can upgrade the Space to a paid plan for access to additional features and higher usage limits. As the Admin, you are responsible for paying for the subscription for the shared Space (see Billing for Spaces).
