If you invited a user to join a Space but they didn't receive it, try resending the invitation (see below).
Steps (Web App)
To send another invitation to join a Space:
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space that you want to invite someone to join.
Select Manage Space.
Select Members for the Space.
Find the user who needs another invite and select their context menu ( ... ).
Select Resend invitation.
If the user still does not receive the invitation, check that you have used the correct email address. Look closely for typing errors and extra spaces.
If the address is correct, ask the user to check:
Spam and Junk folders
That they are able to receive emails from elsewhere
That their IT network is not blocking emails from Photoroom
If problems persist, contact support.
