The Batch Editor has an Apply to all option that lets you apply the edits from one image to all of the other images in the batch. It is available from the image's pill menu.
Note: If you only want the changes to apply to some of the batch images rather than all of them, use Copy/Paste Edits instead (see Copy edits to other batch images).

Steps (Web App)
To use Apply to all to make the same changes to all images in a Batch:
Select the image to display its pill menu.
Note: The Apply to all option is on the pill menu for the image tile, not the pill menu for a layer on the image.
Select the Apply to all option.
Photoroom applies the edits made to the selected image to all of the other images in the batch. For example, if you added a text layer, the same text layer is added to the other images.
