Add a design to a product listing (Web App)

How to add a design to a product listing so that you can use it as a product image in your store. Web App.

You can add a design to a product listing directly from the design, without going into the Product catalog. This can be useful if you're working with designs and see one that would be a good promotional image for a product.

Note: You can only add a design to a product listing if Photoroom is connected to your store.

Steps (Web App)

To add a design to a product listing:

  1. Log in at app.photoroom.com.

  2. Select the Space that is connected to your store.

  3. Select Designs.

  4. Position the cursor over the design you want to add and select its context menu ( ... ).

  5. Select Add to product.

  6. Select the checkbox for each product you want to add the design to.

  7. Select Add to product.
    Photoroom adds the design to the selected products as an image.

You can then continue working with your designs or open your product in the Product editor, edit the image there, and then publish the update.
