You can save most types of graphical layers to your Brand Library, including graphics, images, and shapes. Everyone in your Space can then use the same layers in their designs.

Graphical layers are saved as cutouts in your Brand Library. Backgrounds, AI Backgrounds, and text layers are saved to their own Brand Library sections.

Steps (Android)

To save a graphical layer as a cutout in your Brand Library:

  1. Select the Space you want to work in.

  2. Select Content.

  3. Select a design to open it in the editor.

Alternatively, you can open an image in the Batch editor or open a product image in the Product editor. To learn about these, see the articles in the Related content section at the end.

  4. Select a graphical layer on the design.

  5. Select the more actions option ( ... ) on the layer's pill menu. Then select Save to Brand Library followed by Save as cutout.

You can also select Save cutout to Brand Library in the layer’s settings.

  6. [Optional] To check the layer is saved:

    1. Select X to exit the editor.

    2. Select Brand Library and look in the Cutouts section.

Note: If you are working in the Batch editor or Product editor, return to the Home screen and then select Brand Library.

To use a cutout in a design, open the design, select Insert and then choose the cutout from the Brand Library listing. Alternatively, you can select Brand Library and insert the cutout from there.

Note: In the Batch editor and Product editor, select Insert, then Brand Library, and choose the cutout.
