You can save a static background image to your Brand Library so that it's available for use in other designs. Anyone working in the Space can then open a design and apply the background.

Steps (Android)

To save a static Background image to your Brand Library:

  1. Select the Space you want to work in.

  2. Select Content.

  3. Select a design with a static background to open it in the editor.

Alternatively, you create a design, add an image as the background, and use that instead.

  4. Select the Background layer on the design.

Tip: If the Background is difficult to select, select Layers and then select the Background layer in the list.

  5. Select Save background to Brand Library.

  6. [Optional] To check the background has saved:

    1. Select the back arrow to exit the editor.

    2. Select Brand Library and look in the Backgrounds section. You should see a tile showing the background.

When you edit a design, you can apply the background from your Brand Library. It is available from the Backgrounds settings. For details, see Apply a Brand Library Background to a design (Android).
