To to sign in to Photoroom, use your email address or a third-party service, such as Google, Apple, or Facebook.
Note: Each Photoroom account can only be associated with one email address. For details, see Log ins with different services.
On iPhone and iPad
Follow the instructions below to sign in to Photoroom. The video shows how to sign in using a personal email address, but other options are available.

Open the Photoroom app.
If you don't have the app already, you can download it from the App Store.
Select Content.
To sign in using your Apple account:
Select Continue with Apple.
Select your account.
Select Sign in.
To sign in using your Facebook account:
Select Continue with Facebook.
Select Continue to allow Photoroom to use facebook.com to sign in.
If you have signed in using Facebook before, select Continue as <your name>.
If you have not set up a Facebook sign in before, follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to Facebook or create a new Facebook account.
To sign in using your Google account:
Select Continue with Google.
Choose your Google account.
To use a different Google account, select Use another account. Follow the on-screen instructions. You will need to provide your Google email address and enter its password as part of the process.
To sign in using your email address rather than another service:
Select Other options.
Enter your email address.
Select Continue with Email.
Get the "magic link" verification code from your email and enter it in Photoroom.
Note: If you do not receive the email from Photoroom, see Magic link has not arrived.

On Android
Follow the instructions below to sign in to Photoroom. The video shows how to sign in using a personal email address, but other options are available.
Open the Photoroom app.
If you don't have the app already, you can download it from the Google Play Store.
Select Content.
To sign in using your Google account:
Select Continue with Google.
Choose your Google account.
If you want to add a different Google account, open the Google Play Store and select your account icon (top corner). Select the downward-facing arrow to reveal your Google accounts and then select Add another account. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account.
To sign in using your Facebook account:
Select Other options.
Select Continue with Facebook.
Select Continue to allow Photoroom to use facebook.com to sign in.
If you have signed in using Facebook before, select Continue as <your name>.
If you have not set up a Facebook sign in before, follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to Facebook or create a new Facebook account.
To sign in using your Apple account:
Select Other options.
Select Continue with Apple.
Enter your Apple account details (email address and password) and select the arrow button.
Follow the on-screen instructions for verification and permission to use your Apple account.
To sign in using your email address:
Select Other options.
Enter your email address and select Continue with Email.
Get the "magic link" verification code from your email and enter it in Photoroom.

On Web App
Follow the instructions below to sign in to Photoroom. The video shows how to sign in using a personal email address, but other options are available.
Using your preferred web browser, go to the Photoroom Web App at app.photoroom.com.
Photoroom is compatible with most modern web browsers including Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.Select Sign in.
To sign in using your Google account:
Select Continue with Google.
Choose your Google account.
Alternatively, select Use another account to add a different Google account. You will need to enter the email address and password for the account and follow the verification instructions.
To sign in using your Facebook account:
Select Continue with Facebook.
Set your cookies preferences (if asked).
Log in to your Facebook account.
If you have not set up a Facebook sign in before, follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to Facebook or create a new Facebook account.
To sign in using your Apple account:
Select Continue with Apple.
Enter your Apple account details (email address and password).
Follow the on-screen instructions for verification and permission to use your Apple account.
To sign in using your email address:
Select Continue with personal or work email.
Enter your email address and select Get magic code.
Get the "magic link" verification code from your email and enter it in Photoroom.

Troubleshooting
If the magic link does not arrive, see Magic link has not arrived.
If the magic link does not work, open the email with a different email application, and try the link from there.
If you are using an Apple computer, upgrade to the latest version of the operating system and then try again.
Sign-ins with Apple, Google, and Facebook can be affected by their services being down. If you experience problems, try signing in using your personal email or work email instead.
On Web App: If you previously used Photoroom on mobile and can't remember the email address you used, you can find it in your account. Open the Photoroom mobile application, select Content and then look at the workspace at the top. Your Photoroom email address is shown below the workspace name. If you select the workspace, your email address is also shown at the bottom of the Switch team menu.
