Learn how to create a chat with Photoroom support when you need help

We are removing the ability to contact support using email. Instead, we encourage you to contact us through the Photoroom app. This will help us to keep track of your requests and respond to them more efficiently.

You can contact us via the app on iPhone and iPad, Android, and on the Web App.

Note: Before you contact us, please look for answers in our help center. There are many articles with videos to help you.


On iPhone and iPad

To contact us on the iPhone or iPad version of Photoroom:

  1. On the Create page, select the help icon.

  2. Select Chat with Photoroom team.

  3. Select:

    • Cancel my subscription if you are thinking of leaving us

    • Request a refund if you would like to reclaim your payment

    • Talk to someone to ask us for help on other subjects, such as how to use Photoroom.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to get in touch.

    We aim to respond to questions within 24 hours.

    Note: You can only have 1 chat open with support. If you are waiting for a reply and you have another question, please add it to your existing message. You cannot add a new message if you have an existing message in the queue.


On Android

To contact us on the Android version of Photoroom:

  1. On the Create page, select the help icon.


  2. Select Contact Photoroom team.

  3. Select Ask a question.

    Note: You can only have 1 chat open with support. If you are waiting for a reply and you have another question, please add it to your existing message. You cannot add a new message if you have an existing message in the queue.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to get in touch.

    We aim to respond to questions within 24 hours.


On Web App

To contact us on the Web App (desktop) version of Photoroom:

  1. On the Create page, select the help icon.

  2. Select Ask a question.
