Learn how to switch from a mobile subscription to a web subscription

In certain circumstances, you may need to switch your mobile subscription to a web subscription. For example, you will need a web subscription to add a fourth member to a team (or subsequent members).

To switch from a mobile subscription to a web subscription, you may need assistance from our customer support. It depends on how long your current mobile subscription has left to run (see below).


Mobile subscription is about to end

If you can wait until your subscription ends before you switch to a web subscription:

  1. Export your designs so that you can reimport them as images later, if needed.

  2. Sign up to a web subscription at app.photoroom.com.

    Use the same email address that you used for your mobile Photoroom account. This will help us to recover your designs. Alternatively, you can use a different email address and create a new account.


Mobile subscription is still in the trial period

If your mobile subscription is still in the 7 day free trial period:

  1. Sign up to a web subscription at app.photoroom.com.

    Use the same email address that you used for your mobile Photoroom account. This will help us to recover your designs. Alternatively, you can use a different email address and create a new account.


Mobile subscription is part way through

If your mobile subscription is past the free trial period but some way off expiring, contact customer support for advice. They can tell you when to cancel your subscription, apply for a refund, and sign up for a web subscription.
