In this article, we explain how to add a logo to your brand kit and then apply that logo to a collection of images in Batch Mode. It's a quick and convenient way to add logos to multiple product images at once.

In the image below, a template with a logo and replaceable subject (far left) is applied to three photos. This creates 3 images that use the logo from the template, with different product photos used instead of the replaceable subject in the template.

Diagram with 4 images. Image 1 is a template with a logo and a computer. Images 2, 3, and 4 all inherit the logo, size and background from the template. The computer is replaced with different product images.

Preparation!

Before you get started, make sure you have your logo available as an image file. If you don't have a logo file, you could use Photoroom's AI Logo tool to make one (see Create an AI image).

When you have a logo, follow the instructions in the relevant section below.

On iPhone and iPad

On iOS, there are two convenient ways to add a logo to many designs in Batch Mode:

  • Add your logo to your brand kit and then use Apply to all to add it to a batch of images (described below).

  • Create a template that contains the logo and apply the template to a batch of images. For instructions on using a template with a batch, see Apply a template to multilple images in Batch Mode.

(Video shows Photoroom on iPhone)

  1. Select Content.

  2. Select the workspace you want to work in.

  3. Select Brand.

  4. Select the plus icon + in the Logos section and upload your logo image file.

  5. Select Batch.

  6. Select Start Batch.

  7. Select the images that you want to upload and then select Add. These images are your batch.

  8. Select the last image in your batch to open it in the editor.

  9. Select Insert.

  10. Select your logo from the Brand section.

  11. Use gestures to resize and reposition the logo.

  12. Select Done.

  13. Select Apply to all to add the logo to every image in your batch. It will be in the same position and shown at the same size in all images.

Note: If you want to have the logo in different places, start again and create the same batch. Then edit the first image, insert the logo, and select Next. Insert the logo on the next image and select Next. Repeat until you have added the logo on all images in the batch and then select Done. When prompted, do not select Apply to all. Instead, wait for the timer to run down and the Apply to all option to disappear.

  14. Select Export n images (where n is the number of images in your batch).

  15. Use the settings to save to your device's camera roll or a folder. You can also select Share image to share your image files via another app, such as WhatsApp or your mail app.

  16. Select Done.
