If you're using the Web App and want to delete your account, follow the instructions below. We're sorry to see you go and hope you've enjoyed using Photoroom.
Note: If you delete an account, you cannot use that email address to rejoin Photoroom for at least 30 days.
On Web App
To delete your account:
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Select the support icon in the bottom-right corner.
Select Messages.
Select Ask a question.
Let us know that you want to delete your account.
Provide your email address and enter the following text in your message: "I understand that all of my content will be lost".
We will delete your account. This usually takes around 24 hours, but may vary.
⚠️ Important note: If you are on a paid plan, deleting your account does not end your subscription (see Cancel your subscription).
