If you no longer need the AI credits and features of your plan, you can downgrade to a lower-tier plan.
To downgrade, follow the instructions for the platform you used to make your current subscription (iOS, Android, Web). For example, if you subscribed through the Apple App Store, follow the iOS instructions below.
Note: To change to a different platform, cancel your subscription and wait for it to end. Then set up a new subscription on your preferred platform.
Before you downgrade
Before you downgrade, make sure you understand what you will lose and how the downgrade works:
You may lose benefits included in your current plan, such as higher AI credits, higher export limits, faster processing, and access to more advanced AI models.
The downgrade does not happen instantly. You remain on your current subscription until your next renewal date. At that point, you'll be billed for the lower-tier plan.
Downgrades are related to the plan you are on, not the billing cycle or plan duration (monthly, yearly). For example, switching from a monthly Max plan to a yearly Pro plan is still a downgrade, because Pro is a lower tier to Max.
