Copy and paste edits using the Batch feature (Web App)

Learn how to use Copy/Paste edits to copy the edits from one Batch image to another Batch image. (Web App).

Use Copy/Paste edits to copy the edits from one Batch image and paste them onto others. This is helpful when you want to apply the same edits to some, but not all, images in your batch.

The Copy/Paste edits options are available from the context menu for each Batch image and there are also keyboard shortcuts.

On Web App

To copy and paste edits when using the Batch feature:

  1. Select the Space you want to work in.

  2. Create a batch of images:

    1. Select Batch.

    2. Upload the images you want to include in the batch.

    3. Select Upload to confirm.

  3. Edit one of the images:

    1. Select the context menu ( ... ) for the image and then select Edit.

    2. Use the editor to make changes, for example, to add text and graphics.

    3. Select < Batch to return to the Batch feature. Do not select Apply to all. Wait for the option to close automatically.

  4. Select the context menu ( ... ) for the image you edited and then select Copy/Paste edits and then Copy edits.

    Alternatively, select the image and use the keyboard shortcut.

  5. Select the context menu ( ... ) for an image you want to apply the edits to. From the menu select Copy/Paste edits and then Paste edits.

    Alternatively, select the image and use the keyboard shortcut.

  6. Repeat step 6 for each image that you want to apply the edits to.

  7. Download the images:

    1. Select the images you want to download as image files.

    2. Select Download images.

    3. Enter a filename and choose the file format.

    4. Select Download.
