Download batch images (Web App)

How to download your finished batch images to your device. Web App.

When you finish editing a batch of images, you can download them to use in your online store or in other applications.

You can download:

  • All images in a batch

  • Some, but not all, images in a batch

  • An individual image in a batch.

In this article, we assume you have already created a batch and have finished editing your batch images.

Note: Photoroom does not save Batch images as designs. To save a Batch image as a design, download it and then create a new design. Upload the Batch image for the new design and choose the Original template.

Steps (Web App)

Follow the instructions in the sections below, depending on how many batch images you want to download.

Download multiple batch images (Web App)

To download images in a batch, follow the instructions below.

  1. Open your batch in the editor and make sure it is in Grid View.

  2. Select the images you want to download.

    To download them all, you can either select them all or leave all images unselected. To learn about selecting images, see How to select images using the Batch feature (Web App).

  3. Select Download images. ​

  4. Enter a name for the download folder.

  5. Choose the image file format for the download files.

    Use Auto to let Photoroom set the format automatically based on the image content or choose one of the supported file formats.
    ​

  6. [Optional] Turn Upscaling on and set the level. Upscaling increases the image resolution so that it is better suited to larger displays and printing at larger sizes.

  7. Select Download.

The images download in your browser as a zip file. Unzip the file to access the images.

Note: To download a selection of batch images or an individual image, you need to be in the Grid View. Full Screen View only supports downloading all of the batch images.

Download a single batch image (Web App)

To download a single image in your Batch:

  1. Open your batch in the editor and make sure it is in Grid View.

  2. Click on the image you want to download.

    ​Important: You need to single-click on the image as a whole, not on an individual layer. Click towards the outer edge of the image.
    ​

  3. Select the More actions context menu ( ... ) on the image's pill menu.
    ​

    More actions context menu is selected on the pill menu. It reveals a further sub-menu of options.


    If the pill menu has different options, it is because you have selected a layer on the image rather than the image as a whole. Try clicking closer to the edge of the image.
    ​

  4. Select Download.

  5. Choose the image file format for the download file.

Note: Alternatively, you can follow the instructions in Steps - Download multiple batch images and select a single image instead of multiple images.
