When you open a product listing in the Product Catalog Editor, the product images are displayed in a grid. To edit images, you first need to select the images you want your changes to apply to.
In this article, you’ll learn how to select one or more images in the grid so you can apply edits to them.
Before you start:
You can apply edits to multiple images within a single product. You cannot apply edits across multiple products at the same time.
Make sure that :
Select an individual image
To select an individual image, click it in the grid. A purple-blue box appears around the edge of the selected image.
Note: If no images are selected, changes apply to all product images.
Select a group of images
To select a group of images in the grid:
Press and hold the Ctrl key (Windows) or the Cmd key (macOS).
Click each image you want to include. Purple-blue boxes appear around selected images.
Release the Ctrl key or Cmd key when you finish selecting.
To select multiple images that appear next to each other in the grid:
Position the cursor next to the first image you want to select (not on the image).
Press and hold the left mouse button and drag over the images you want to select. Purple-blue boxes appear around the selected images.
Release the mouse button to finish your selection.
Note: You can also press Shift and click images that appear next to each other in the grid.
Select all images
To select all images:
Deselect all images
To deselect all images:
Select an image in the grid.
Select Deselect all on the toolbar.
Note: Deselect all is only available if you currently have all images selected.
Alternatively, click any empty area of the canvas to clear the selection.
