This article explains how to connect the iOS version of Photoroom to your Shopify store. When the connection is set up, you can use Product Catalog to:
Add product images
Edit hundreds of product images at once
Publish edited photos to live listings.
Note: The app is safe to install and will not affect impact load times or performance.
Availability
Product Catalog is available on all plans but exporting, downloading and publishing is only available on Max and Ultra.
Steps (iOS)
To connect Photoroom to your Shopify store:
Log in to Shopify and Photoroom on your iOS device.
In Photoroom, select the Space you want to connect to Shopify.
Note:
To connect to Shopify, you need to be an Admin for the Space.
Product Catalog is available on all plans, but downloading, exporting and publishing to Shopify requires a Max or Ultra Space.
Select Products.
Select the Connect to Shopify.
Select Install to install the Photoroom AI Listing Assistant app.
The app is safe to install and does not affect store load times or performance.
Select either:
Create a Shopify account.
Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account.
Log in to an existing account.
Select the account you want to use.
Photoroom installs the app that allows it to connect to and sync with your Shopify store.

Problems connecting your store?
During installation, Photoroom syncs with your Shopify store and imports your product images. For the sync to succeed, make sure that:
Your iOS device is connected to the internet and has a stable connection
You can log in to your Photoroom account and your Shopify account.
You are using the correct Shopify account when you set up the Photoroom-Shopify connection.
If you continue to experience connection problems, contact customer support.
