After editing your product images in Photoroom, publish the changes to your Shopify store to keep your listings up to date.
If you make changes but do not publish them, Photoroom and Shopify will be out of sync. Your store will only update after you publish the changes.
Note: This article assumes you have already connected Photoroom to your Shopify store.
Steps (iOS)
These steps assume you have already opened a product in your Product Catalog and made edits. You can only publish updates if:
You are an Admin of the Space
There are product image updates available
The Space has a Max or Ultra subscription. Publishing to Shopify is not supported on lower plans.
To publish your Product Catalog updates to your Shopify store:
Select the product you want to update.
Alternatively, select the context menu ( ... ) for the product, at the top of the screen.
Select Sync to Shopify.
Photoroom publishes the updates to Shopify. To publish successfully, Photoroom and Shopify must both be running normally, and you need a stable internet connection.
Note: If you don't see a Sync to Shopify option, it means there are no updates to publish. Photoroom and Shopify are already in sync.
