Publish updates to Shopify (iOS)

How to push the changes you have made in Photoroom to your Shopify store. iOS.

Written by Craig Wright

After editing your product images in Photoroom, publish the changes to your Shopify store to keep your listings up to date.

If you make changes but do not publish them, Photoroom and Shopify will be out of sync. Your store will only update after you publish the changes.

Note: This article assumes you have already connected Photoroom to your Shopify store.

Availability

You can only publish updates if:

  • You are an Admin of the Space

  • There are product image updates available

  • The Space has a Max or Ultra subscription. Publishing to Shopify is not supported on lower plans.

Steps: Publish all products

To publish the updates for all products at once:

  1. Select Publish changes to Shopify.

Photoroom automatically detects which products have changes and publishes the updates to Shopify.

Steps: Publish a single product

To publish the updates for a single product only:

  1. Select the product you want to publish.

  2. Select Publish changes to Shopify.

Note: If there is no Publish changes to Shopify option, it is because the latest changes have already been published. Photoroom and Shopify both have the same images for this product.

Troubleshooting

To publish successfully, Photoroom and Shopify must both be running normally, and you need a stable internet connection.

If you experience problems when publishing, please contact support.
