How to push the changes you have made in Photoroom to your Shopify store. iOS.

Written by Craig Wright

After editing your product images in Photoroom, publish the changes to your Shopify store to keep your listings up to date.

You can publish:

  • All updates for all products

  • Updates for a selected product only.

Note: This article assumes you have already connected Photoroom to your Shopify store.

Availability

You can only publish updates if:

  • You are an Admin of the Space

  • There are product image updates available

  • The Space has a Max or Ultra subscription. Publishing to Shopify is not supported on lower plans.

Steps (iOS)

To publish updates to Shopify:

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Select Publish changes to Shopify.
Photoroom publishes the updates for all products.

    • Select a product and then select Publish changes to Shopify.
Photoroom publishes the changes for the selected product only.

Photoroom automatically publishes the updates to Shopify.

Note: If there is no Publish changes to Shopify option, it is because the latest changes have already been published. Photoroom and Shopify both have the same images for this product.

If you make changes but don't publish them, Photoroom and Shopify will be out of sync. Your store will only update after you publish the changes.

Troubleshooting

To publish successfully, Photoroom and Shopify must both be running normally, and you need a stable internet connection.

If you experience problems when publishing, please contact support.
