Use the AI shot list feature to create professional-looking Product Catalog images without the expense of a photoshoot. You can choose from a range of suggested shots and then generate as many images as you need.
In this article, we explain how to add AI shots when you edit a product listing (see "Steps" below). You can also add AI shots when you create a product in Photoroom.
Note: This article assumes you have already connected Photoroom to your Shopify store.

AI shot list is available in the Product Catalog Editor on Max and Ultra plans.
Requires AI credits.
Steps (Web App)
To generate images with AI shot list:
Select AI shot list from the side menu or the Shopify sidebar. (The AI shot list is the same for both).
Choose a product shot from the list.
Photoroom suggests product shots based on what it detects in your image.
Tip: You can use AI Tools to generate images that are not suggested as AI shots. For example, AI shots may not suggest a model image, but you can use Virtual Model to create one.
Select the product image you want to include in the image.
Select Generate.
Each generation uses AI credits.
Repeat to create more product images, as required.
Select X to edit AI shot list.
Your AI shot list images are now added to your product. You can use the Product Catalog Editor to make changes, just like any other product image.
When you're finished editing, publish the changes to your store.
