Publish updates to Shopify (Android)

How to push the changes you have made in Photoroom to your Shopify store. Android.

After editing your product images in Photoroom, publish the changes to your Shopify store to keep your listings up-to-date.

Availability

You can only publish updates if:

  • Photoroom is connected to your Shopify store.

  • You are an Admin of the Space.

  • There are product image updates available.

  • The Space has a Max or Ultra subscription. Publishing to Shopify is not supported on lower plans.

Steps (Android)

Follow the step-by-step instructions for publishing all updates or only the updates for a single product:

  • Publish all updates

  • Publish updates for an individual product.

Publish all updates (Android)

To publish all available updates at once:

  1. From the Home screen, select Products to display the Shopify Products catalog.

  2. Select Review and publish.

    ​Note: If there is no Review and publish button, it is usually because the latest changes have already been published. If you know there are unpublished changes but the button is not shown, contact support.
    ​

  3. For each update, select the state you want for the product in Shopify.

  4. Select Publish changes.
    Photoroom publishes the updates for all products.
    ​

If you make changes but don't publish them, Photoroom and Shopify will be out of sync. Your store will only update after you publish the changes.

Publish updates for an individual product (Android)

To publish updates for one product:

  1. Open your Shopify Products catalog and select the product you want to publish.

  2. Select Review and publish.

    ​Note: If there is no Review and publish button, it is usually because the latest changes have already been published. If you know there are unpublished changes but the button is not shown, contact support.
    ​

  3. Set the state you want for the product in Shopify (Active, Draft, Archived, Unlisted).
    ​

  4. Select Publish changes.
    ​

If you make changes but don't publish them, Photoroom and Shopify will be out of sync. Your store will only update after you publish the changes.
