After editing your product images in Photoroom, publish the changes to your Shopify store to keep your listings up-to-date.
Availability
You can only publish updates if:
You are an Admin of the Space.
There are product image updates available.
The Space has a Max or Ultra subscription. Publishing to Shopify is not supported on lower plans.
Steps (Android)
To publish updates to Shopify:
(Video has been edited to show faster publishing time).
From the Home screen, select Products to open your Shopify Products catalog.
Select Review & publish.
For each update, select the state you want for the product in Shopify.
You can learn about the different product statuses in the official Shopify documentation.
Select Publish changes.
Photoroom publishes the updates for all products.
Note: If there is no Review & publish option, it is because the latest changes have already been published. Photoroom and Shopify both have the same images for this product.
If you make changes but don't publish them, Photoroom and Shopify will be out of sync. Your store will only update after you publish the changes.
Troubleshooting
The most common reasons for publishing failures are:
Photoroom or Shopify have a technical problem that is preventing the connection. Try again later.
Your internet connection is unstable.
Photoroom has updates for products that no longer exist in Shopify. If this happens, try the Discard changes option for the product. If that does not work, use the Web App to disconnect your Shopify store from Photoroom and then reconnect it.
If you continue to experience problems when publishing, please contact support.
