Manage your account in Shopify (iOS)

How to access the Photoroom plan screen in Shopify, where you can manage your Photoroom subscription.

If you subscribe to Photoroom through Shopify, you need to use Shopify to:

  • Manage your account

  • Upgrade the plan for a Space

  • Cancel Photoroom for a Space

You can open Shopify's Photoroom plan screen from Photoroom.

​Note: Only a Space admin can activate the plan on a Space. To make changes in Shopify, you need a Shopify account with access to billing.

Steps (iOS)

To access the Photoroom plan screen in Shopify, follow the steps below.

Note: Only an Admin of a Space can change the billing for a Space.

  1. Select the Space that your Shopify plan pays for.

  2. Select Manage account.

  3. Select Manage Subscription.

  4. Select Cancel Subscription.

    If you don't see Cancel Subscription, continue through the screens until the "Shopify subscription" notification appears.

  5. In the "Shopify subscription" notification ("Subscription is managed through Shopify"), select Manage on Shopify.

    ​Note: If the notification only shows "OK", close it and try again. If it still happens, contact Photoroom support.
    ​

  6. Use the Photoroom plan screen to make changes in Shopify.


​Important: Don't use Change Plan or Request a refund on iOS. Neither can be used for managing a Photoroom subscription billed through Shopify. To ask for a refund, contact Photoroom support.
