You can save the prompt for an AI Background to your Brand Library. Everyone in your Space can then use the same prompt to generate similar AI Backgrounds in their designs.
Note: Photoroom saves the prompt used to generate the AI Background, not the image itself. When you reuse the prompt, Photoroom will generate a new AI Background that is very similar, but it may not be identical.
Steps (Web App)
To save an AI Background prompt to your Brand Library:
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space you want to work in.
Select Designs and then double-click a design with an AI Background to open it in the editor.
Alternatively, you can open an image in the Batch editor or open a product image in the Product editor. To learn about these, see the articles in the Related content section at the end.
Select the AI Background layer on the design.
Tip: If the AI Background is difficult to select, click on the gray area outside the image canvas to display the layers. Then select the AI Background layer in the list.
Select Save in the side panel.
If the Save option is unavailable, it is likely because Photoroom has detected a very similar prompt already exists in your Brand Library.
[Optional] To check the prompt has saved, select Brand Library and look in the AI Backgrounds section. You should see the prompt for the AI Background.
When you edit a design, you can generate an AI Background using the prompt in your Brand Library. Select Backgrounds, and then AI Backgrounds and choose the AI Background prompt from the side panel. Alternatively, select Brand Library and select the AI Background prompt from the side panel.
