Remove a member from your team

Learn how to remove a member from your team (if you are the team admin)

If you are a team admin, you can remove a member from your team. When you remove them, their seat subscription is removed. If there is any remaining time on their subscription, we credit that amount to your main team account (see What is the billing process if I delete a Team member? )

On iPhone and iPad

To remove a member of your team, log in as the team admin and then follow these instructions:

  1. On the Create page, select Your Content.

  2. At the top, select the Personal Space or Team to display a list.

  3. Select the team that has the member you want to remove.

  4. Select Manage team.

  5. Find the member that you want to remove from the team and select the Member dropdown at the end of their row.

  6. Select Remove Member.

  7. Select Delete to confirm you want to remove them from the team.


On Android

To remove a member of your team, log in as the team admin and then follow these instructions:

  1. On the Create page, select Your Content.

  2. At the top, select the Personal Space or Team to display a list.

  3. Select the team that has the member you want to remove.

  4. Select Manage team.

  5. Find the member that you want to remove from the team and press and hold their name until a prompt appears.

  6. Select CONTINUE to confirm you want to remove them from the team.


On Web App

To remove a member of your team, go to the Web App app.photoroom.com and log in as the team admin. Then follow these instructions:

  1. At the top, select the team that has the member you want to remove.

  2. Select Manage Team.

  3. Find the member that you want to take out of the team and select Remove.

  4. Close the Manage Teams dialog box.
