You can use an email address to log in to Photoroom. Photoroom will then send you a code or a link that you can use to log in.

For instructions, select the link for your device:

Note: Alternatively, you can log in using a Google account, Apple account (iPhone or iPad), or Facebook account.


On iPhone, iPad, and Android

To use an email address to log in on an iPhone, iPad, or Android device:

  1. On the Create page, select Your Content.

  2. Select Other options.

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. Select Continue with Email.

  5. Open the email that Photoroom sends to you. It contains a code.

  6. Enter the code in the Photoroom app.

Alternatively, you can select the link in the email instead of entering the code.

Note: If you do not receive the email from Photoroom:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.

  • Try using an email address from one of the major email services, such as Gmail, Outlook, ProtonMail, iCloud Mail, Yahoo.

If you still do not receive an email, contact customer support.


On Web App

To use an email address to log in to the Photoroom Web App:

  1. Select Continue with email.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Select Get magic code.

  4. Open the email that Photoroom sends to you. It contains a link.

  5. Select the link. Photoroom logs you in automatically.

Note: If you do not receive the email from Photoroom:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.

  • Try using an email address from one of the major email services, such as Gmail, Outlook, ProtonMail, iCloud Mail, Yahoo.

If you still do not receive an email, contact customer support.
