In some circumstances, you may need to be on mobile billing rather than web billing. A common example is if you want to be billed weekly, as this payment option is only available on mobile subscriptions.

To switch from a web subscription to a mobile subscription, you may need assistance from our customer support. It depends on how long your current web subscription has left to run (see below).

Note: You can also switch from a mobile subscription to a web subscription.

Web subscription is about to end

If you can wait until your subscription ends before you switch to a mobile subscription:

  1. Export your designs so that you can reimport them as images later, if needed.

  2. Install the Photoroom app on your phone or tablet.

  3. Use the Photoroom app to start a mobile subscription.

Use the same email address that you used for your web Photoroom account. This will help us to recover your designs. Alternatively, you can use a different email address and create a new account.

Web subscription is still in the trial period

If your web subscription is still in the 7 day free trial period:

  1. Install the Photoroom app on your phone or tablet.

  2. Use the Photoroom app to start a mobile subscription.

Use the same email address that you used for your web Photoroom account. This will help us to recover your designs. Alternatively, you can use a different email address and create a new account.

Web subscription is part way through

If your web subscription is past the free trial period but some way off expiring, contact customer support for help. They can advise you when to cancel your subscription, apply for a refund, and sign up for a mobile subscription.
