Can't Log In?

Having difficulty logging in? This article explains how to troubleshoot.

Are you having problems when you try to log in to Photoroom? Here are some steps you can take to try and solve the problem.

  • See the section below if you are having problems with Sign in with apple or Hide my email address.

  • Check that you have internet access to other websites. If you don't there could be an issue with your network. Contact your network provider for details.

  • If you use a VPN or Adblocker, disable them and try to log in.

  • Clear your browser's cache. For instructions, search the online documentation for your browser.

  • Put your browser into Incognito Mode (or equivalent) and try to log in. If this lets you log in, it could be that one of your browser extensions is causing the problem.

    You can find instructions on how to disable browser extensions online. Disable one extension at a time and then try to log in. When you find out which extension causes the problem, leave it disabled.

  • Use a different browser and try to log in.

  • If you are using the web app (desktop version of Photoroom), try logging in using the mobile version.

  • If you are using a mobile version of Photoroom, try logging in using the web app (desktop) version.

  • If possible, try logging in using a different device. If you are able to log in on another device, that suggests the log-in issue is specific to the first device you tried.

Sign in with Apple and Hide my email

If you use Sign in with Apple or Hide my email, try logging in using the relay email address instead of your usual email address.

To find the relay email address for Photoroom:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings.

  2. Select your name.

  3. Select iCloud.

  4. Make sure Private relay is turned on.

  5. When Private relay is on, select Hide my email.

  6. Look for the relay email address that's used for the Photoroom app.

When you log in to Photoroom, use the relay email address.
