Photoroom uses AI models to interpret your imported photos and prompts to generate suitable backgrounds.

Note: Over time, we may add newer models and remove older models.

Newer models produce higher-quality, more responsive images but take longer to generate and may be too demanding on older devices.

​Older models generate images faster but at lower resolution.
