Apply an outline to a batch of images (Web App)

How to add an outline to batch images to make a layer pop or to create the look of a die-cut sticker. Web app.

You can add an outline to foreground layers on batch images. Typically, outlines are used to:

  • Make the subject stand out against a busy or similarly colored background

  • Give the subject a classic die-cut sticker look.

Steps (Web App)

To apply an outline:

  1. Create a batch.

  2. Select a foreground layer on the batch image you want to edit.

  3. Select the More actions option ( ... ) and then Outline.

  4. Use the Outline settings to change the outline's appearance:
    ​

    • Width
      Use to control the thickness of the outline.
      ​

    • Blur
      Use to make the edge of the outline appear sharper or softer.
      ​

    • Color
      Use the color selector to change the color of the outline. For more details, see Color selectors (Web App).
      ​

  5. [Optional] To apply the same effect to other images in the batch, use Apply to all or Copy/Paste edits.

  6. [Optional] Use the editor to make further changes, such as add text, graphics, or shapes.

  7. Download your batch images.


​Note: To turn off the outline effect, select the Remove option in the Outline settings.
