If you have paid for PhotoRoom Pro but you cannot access the Pro features, please check your account. For instructions, click the link for your device:

On iPhone and iPad
If you have paid for Pro and need to activate it on an iOS device:
Open the PhotoRoom app and log in.
Select the Get Pro button.
Select the Need help? link at the bottom of the page.
Select Already Paid?
If we can find your payment, we will automatically update the app so that Pro is available. When you go back to a page in the app, you will see the Get Pro button has changed to Pro.
If Get Pro does not change to Pro, please check that you paid on iOS. To do that:
Select Settings on your iPhone or iPad (in iOS, not PhotoRoom).
Select your name.
Select Subscriptions.
If PhotoRoom is not listed, it appears that you have not paid for PhotoRoom on iOS.
If PhotoRoom is listed, please contact PhotoRoom support for help.

On Android
If you have paid for Pro and need to activate it on Android:
Make sure the Play Store app has the same email address that you used to subscribe to PhotoRoom.
Open the PhotoRoom app and log in.
Select the Get Pro button.
Select the Need help? link at the bottom of the page.
Select Already Paid?
If we can find your payment, we will automatically update the app so that Pro is available. When you go back to a page in the app, you will see the Get Pro button has changed to Pro.
If Get Pro does not change to Pro, please check that you paid on Android. To do that:
Open the Settings app.
Select Google.
Select Manage your Google Account.
At the top, select Payments & subscriptions.
Select Manage subscriptions.
If PhotoRoom is not listed, it appears that you have not paid for PhotoRoom on Android.
If PhotoRoom is listed, please contact PhotoRoom support for help.
On the Web App
If you have paid for Pro and need to activate it on the Web App:
Select your profile picture at the top-right.
Select Your billing and make sure you're currently subscribed.
If you are subscribed, but cannot access the Pro features, contact support for further assistance.
