Unable to access Photoroom Pro features

Learn how to activate the Pro features in your subscription

If you have paid for the Pro plan but you cannot access the Pro features:

  • Check your login email address. You need to log in to Photoroom using the same email address that you used for purchasing the subscription (this is the store account on mobile devices).

  • If the login is correct, the next step is to check your payment details are up-to-date. A common reason for Pro features being unavailable is that the payment card associated with your account has expired.

    To update your payment details on the Web App, select your profile avatar. Then select Your Billing and then Manage Subscription.
