How to change the email address for your Photoroom subscription and transfer accounts

If you subscribed from the web

  • Your Pro subscription is related to the email address you used to create your Photoroom account. We cannot change your email address but you can cancel the auto-renewal and then resubscribe with your new email address instead.

If you subscribed from a mobile

  • Your Pro subscription is related to your store account (Apple or Play Store). You can create a new Photoroom account using a new email address as long as you're still logged into the store account you used to make the purchase

  • If you want to change your email address related to the Store you used to subscribe to, you can cancel the auto-renewal and resubscribe.

To transfer a subscription from one store account to another store account, please contact support from inside the app and we will try to help.

We can usually support these transfers:

  • Play store to another Play store

  • App store to another App store

  • Play store to App store

  • App store to Play store.
