You cannot change the email address that is associated with your Photoroom user account. However, there are ways to use a different email address to log in.
If you're the Admin for a Space, you can invite a member to join your team. Enter your new email address as the member. You'll then be able to log in to the Space using your new email address. For instructions, see:
Note: The first Admin user account to buy a subscription in the Space is the user account that's associated with the payment.
App Store and Play Store email addresses
To change the email address that is associated with your App Store or Play Store account:
Cancel your subscription(s) with Photoroom first.
Change the email address for your App Store or Play Store account.
Log in to your App Store or Play Store account with the new address.
On the same phone/tablet, log in to Photoroom with your Photoroom account.
Upgrade your Space and purchase a new subscription.
To transfer a subscription from one store account to another store account, please contact support from inside the app and we will try to help.
