Use AI Shadows to add realistic shadow effects to your product images for Shopify. Shadows help to add depth and realism to your images, making products appear more natural and visually appealing in your store.
Availability
Photoroom must be connected to your Shopify store.
Basic AI Shadows (Presets) do not use AI credits
Advanced AI Shadows (controllable) require AI credits
Publishing to Shopify requires Max or Ultra subscription.
Steps (iOS)
To apply AI Shadows to product images for Shopify:
Select AI Shadows.
Use the AI Shadows settings to apply a shadow effect. Choose from the provided Presets or select Custom to create a more precise shadow using the advanced settings.

Select the checkmark icon.
Select Apply to batch.
Photoroom applies the AI Shadow effect to every image in the product listing.
Note: If you have used the Advanced AI Shadows features, you will be prompted to confirm that you want to spend the AI credits.
[Optional] Make additional changes using the Shopify Products editor.
When you have finished editing, publish your changes to Shopify.
