If you paid for PhotoRoom Pro on another platform, make sure you follow the steps on how to share the subscription
On iPhone and iPad
Click on the Pro button
Click on help
Click on Restore Purchase
If if doesn't work, make sure your subscription is active by following this link:
On Android
Make sure the account used on the Play Store app is the exact email you used to subscribe.
Click on the Pro button
Click on help
Click on Restore Purchase
On the Web
Click on your profile picture at the top right, then "Manage Subscription". Make sure you're currently subscribed
