If you have paid for the Pro plan or Max plan but cannot access the Pro/Max features, complete the checks described in this article.
There are several common reasons for loss of Pro/Max access, including working in a free Space and issues relating to payment.
Make sure you are working in a Pro or Max Space
Your Pro/Max features are only available when you’re working in a Pro/Max Space. If you are working in a Free Space, you will only have access to free features and you will also have export limits.
To check the type of Space you’re in:
Log in to Photoroom.
If you are using the Web App, you can log in at https://app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space menu and look at the labels next to your Spaces:
Free teams have no label

Max
