Photoroom's Batch editor gives you access to many AI tools, including AI Fashion Models, Recolor, and Edit with AI. They work in a similar way to the standalone AI tools, except that in Batch, you can use them to generate multiple images at once. For example, if your Batch has 30 clothing images, you could use AI Fashion Models to generate 30 new images in one pass.
In this article, we explain which AI tools are available in Batch and provide general step-by-step instructions for using them. For details on each tool's settings, see the "How to use…" articles linked below.
Which AI tools are available in Batch?
The following AI tools are available in Batch:
AI tool | Description |
Recolor | Change or fine-tune the color of products in your images.

Product Beautifier | Enhance lighting, sharpen details, and boost color with a studio background. |
Product Staging | Show your product in realistic scenes, often with human elements. Product images may be resized and repositioned. |
AI Fashion Models | Show clothing products and accessories on fashion models. |
Edit with AI | Use AI to make changes to existing images, all from a prompt. |
Flat Lay | Create flat, top-down images of your products. |
Ghost Mannequin | Show clothing and accessories on invisible ghost mannequins. |
Ironing | Remove wrinkles and creases from clothing and fabric in images. |
AI Scenes | Show your product in realistic scenes. Product images are relit, but not resized or repositioned. |
These tools are all available from the AI tools menu in the toolbar.
Other features that use AI, such as AI Shadows and AI Backgrounds, are available from the toolbar menu as separate options.
Availability
Pro users can use AI tools on individual Batch images
Max and Ultra users can use AI tools on multiple Batch images at once
Each generation uses AI credits.
Steps (iOS)
To use AI tools in Batch on iOS follow the instructions below. The video shows the workflow for generating images using AI Fashion Models. The workflow is similar for all AI tools, but the settings are different.
Select the Space you want to work in.
Start a new batch or resume a previous one, see Create a batch of images (iOS).
Select AI tools and then choose the tool you want to use, for example, AI Fashion Models or Ghost Mannequin.
Use the tool's settings to tell Photoroom what you want to create.
For information about each tool's settings, see the "How to use ..." articles, listed in the "Which AI tools are available in Batch?" section earlier in this article.
Select the arrow button or Generate.
Photoroom generates a new image for each selected image in the Batch. Each generation uses AI credits.
[Optional] Hold and press on an image to display its context menu. Use the options to open the image in the main editor, duplicate, export (download) and more.

[Optional] Use the other options in the Batch editor's toolbar to make further changes. For example, you could use several AI tools in sequence to apply multiple effects.
[Optional] Tap an image to open it in the main editor. You can use the main editor to make changes that are unavailable in the Batch editor, such as adding text, editing layers, and adding graphics.
When you exit the main editor, you get the option to apply the changes to all of the images. This option is time-sensitive and you can find out how it works in How does "Apply recent edits to all" work?
When you have finished editing, download your images. You can either:
Download them individually by using the Export option in each image's context menu.
Select Export images to download all selected images (or all images, if none are selected).
You can now use your downloaded images in other applications, add them to social media, and more.
