In this article, you can learn how to apply a template to multiple images at once when using the iPhone or iPad version of Photoroom.
There are two different ways of applying a template:
Create a batch and apply a template
Select a custom template* and apply it to multiple images.
*A custom template is a template that you or your team have made. The templates that are provided by Photoroom are not custom templates.
Availability:
Batch features are only available on the paid plans (Pro, Max, Ultra).

Create a batch of images and apply a template
To create a batch of images and apply a template:
Select the Space you want to work in.
Select Batch.
Select Start Batch.
Select the images you want to include in your batch. You can select from the photos or files on your device or in your cloud. (Use the tab at the bottom to switch between Photos and Files). Select the checkmark (or Add) at the top to confirm.
On the Template tab, select the template you want to apply. You can choose from any of the templates provided by Photoroom or the custom templates you and your team have made.
[Optional] Use the Batch options to edit the images:
Select Resize and choose a size to change the dimensions of the images.
Select Position and choose from:
Original to keep the main subject in the same position that it was in on the imported photo.
Centered to position the main subject in the center of the canvas.
Template to position the main subject in the same position as the main subject on the template.
[Optional] Select an image to open it in the main editor. Use the editor to make changes to the image and then select X to exit or Next to open the next image in the batch.
Either:
Select Apply to all to make the changes to all images.
Wait for the message to close automatically if you only want the changes to affect the selected image.
Note: Selecting Apply to all will apply the changes you made to the last image you edited. To learn more about this, see How does "Apply to all" work?
Select Export. Use the options to:
Save the images to your camera roll
Save the images to a folder on your device or in the cloud
Share the images with others.
You now have the images as files that you can use in other applications.
Select a custom template and apply it to a batch of images
To select a custom template and apply it to a batch of images:
Select the Space you want to work in.
Select Content.
Select Templates.
Select the template you want to use.
Select Apply to images.
Select the images you want to include in your batch. You can select from the photos or files on your device or in your cloud. (Use the tab at the bottom to switch between Photos and Files). Select the checkmark (or Add) at the top to confirm.
Photoroom applies the template to the images.
[Optional] Use the Batch options to edit the images:
Select Resize and choose a size to change the dimensions of the images.
Select Position and choose from:
Original to keep the main subject in the same position that it was in on the imported photo.
Centered to position the main subject in the center of the canvas.
Template to position the main subject in the same position as the main subject on the template.
[Optional] Select an image to open it in the main editor. Use the editor to make changes to the image and then select X to exit or Next to open the next image in the batch.
[Optional]. This step only applies if you opened an image in the main editor and then exited the editor.
Either:
Select Apply to all to make the changes to all images.
Wait for the message to close automatically if you only want the changes to affect the selected image.

Select Export. Use the options to:
Save the images to your camera roll
