Use Photoroom's Fix product feature to improve the accuracy and fidelity of product images generated by Photoroom. It is available during the editing process and works like this:
You choose an area to fix on the AI-generated image.
You use a prompt to tell Photoroom what to fix.
Photoroom repairs the image, using the details in the original source image to fix any inaccuracies.
Best of all, it’s free to use and does not consume AI credits.

Steps (Web)
To use Fix product to correct inaccuracies in AI-generated images:
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space you want to work in.
Use one of the supported tools, such as Virtual Model, to generate an AI image.
For a list of the supported tools, see the Availability section above.
Select the image.
Photoroom displays the AI-generated image, the source image used to create it, and additional editing options.
Select Fix product.
Set the Brush size so that it is suitable to brush over the area that needs fixing.
Brush over only the area that needs fixing. A smaller, precise selection gives better results.
Tip: You can zoom in and pan the main image and the source image to view in more detail (see Zooming and panning below).
Enter a prompt to describe what needs to be changed or what is wrong.
For example, "Text is inaccurate and unreadable. Make it match the text in the original source image."
Select Fix it.
Photoroom redraws the selected area of the image, matching it more closely to the source image.
If you're happy with the changes, select Confirm.
If it needs more changes, repeat the steps above. You can also use Undo and Redo at the top to cancel or reapply the previous change.
Photoroom returns you to the editor, where you can choose to Download the image or make further edits.
Zooming and panning in Product Fixer
When using the Product Fixer, you can zoom in and out of the images and move them, so that you can see details more easily.
At the bottom of the main image is a switch with two icons: a scribble for Brush mode and directional arrows for Move mode.
Select the Move icon to activate Move mode. You can then:
Zoom
Left-click on an image to zoom in.
There are several zoom levels and if you keep clicking, you will cycle through them and back to the beginning.
Pan (move)
To move an image, you must be zoomed in at least one level. Then press and hold the left mouse button and drag to move the image.
To exit the Move mode, select the Brush mode icon.
Troubleshooting
If you can see the Fix product option but it is grayed out and you can't select it, it is likely due to there being more than one source image. Fix product is only available when there is one source image.
Reasons for multiple source images include:
Some features, such as Virtual Model, let you use multiple source images to generate an image.
You generated an AI image that used a single image source, but then used Edit with AI or Change something to make additional changes.
This results in multiple source images, as the prompt uses original source image + AI generated image to generate a new AI image.
To use Fix product, try creating the AI image again using only one source image.
