Remove the background of a photo

When you upload a photo to Photoroom, it automatically removes the background. This has the same effect as giving your image a transparent background.

When the background has been removed, you can choose to use a transparent background, restore the original background, or replace the background with a color, an alternative image, or an AI-generated image.
