You can use Photoroom's AI tools to generate new Batch images based on other images. For example, you could use:

  • Ironing to remove wrinkles from clothing images

  • AI Fashion Models to show virtual models wearing your clothing products

  • Recolor to fine-tune or change the color in your images

  • Product Staging to show your products in realistic scenes.

These are just some of the possibilities with AI tools.

In Batch, the AI tools work in a similar way to the standalone AI tools. The important difference is that you can use them to generate multiple images at once. For example, you could use AI Fashion Models to generate 30 new images in one pass.

In this article, we provide step-by-step instructions on how to access the various AI tools in Batch. To find out which AI tools are available and for more information on each AI tool, see Which AI tools are available in Batch?

Steps (Web App)

The following steps show you how to access the AI tools when working in the Batch Editor on the Web App. In the video, we have used AI Fashion Models as an example.

(Video has been edited to show faster AI generation times.).

  1. Select the Space that you want to work in.

  2. Select AI tools in the sidebar.

Alternatively, you can select a Batch image and choose an AI tool from its pill menu.

  3. Select an AI tool (for example, Ghost Mannequin or Product Staging).

  4. Select the image(s) you want to use as the source image(s).

  5. Use the AI tool settings to define what you want in the generated image.

For details on each of the settings, refer to the "How to use ..." articles for each of the AI tools (see the Related content section below).

  6. Select Generate.

Photoroom uses the selected AI tool to generate new image(s). The new image(s) are based on the source image(s) and your chosen settings. They are added to your Batch.

  7. [Optional] Use the other Batch editor options to make further changes. For example, you could use several AI tools in sequence to apply multiple effects.

  8. When you have finished editing, download your images. You can either:

    • Download them individually by using the Download option in each image's pill bar menu or context menu.

    • Select Download images at the top to download all selected images (or all images, if none are selected).

You can now use your downloaded images in other applications, add them to social media, and more.
