You can use the Product editor's AI tools to generate new product images. For example, you could use:
Ironing to remove wrinkles from clothing images
AI Fashion Models to show virtual models wearing your clothing products
Recolor to fine-tune or change the color in your images
Product Staging to show your products in realistic scenes.
In the Product editor, the AI tools work in a similar way to the standalone AI tools. The main difference is that you can use them to generate multiple images at once. For example, you could use Product Staging to generate new images for 4 product photos in one pass.
Important: Pro users can use AI tools on individual images. Max and Ultra users can use AI tools on multiple images at once.
This article shows how to access the various AI tools in the Product editor. For a list of AI tools and details on each, see Which AI tools are available in the Product editor?
Steps (Web App)
The instructions below show how to access AI tools in the Product editor. The video uses the Product Staging tool as an example.
(Video has been edited to show faster AI generation times.)
Select AI tools in the sidebar.
Alternatively, you can select a product image and choose an AI tool from its pill menu.
Select an AI tool (for example, Ghost Mannequin or Product Staging).
Note: Product Fixer is not included in the AI tools sidebar, but you can access it from an image's pill menu. See Fix product details in the Product editor (Web App).
If you chose an AI tool from the sidebar, select the images you want to use as the source images.
When you trigger the AI generation in a later step, Photoroom generates new versions of the images you select.
To learn about selecting images, see How to select images in the Product editor (Web App).
Use the AI tool settings to define what you want in the generated images.
For details on each of the settings, refer to the "How to use ..." articles for each of the AI tools (see the Related content section below).
Select Generate.
Photoroom uses the selected AI tool to generate new images. The new images are based on the source images and your chosen settings. They are added to your product.
[Optional] Use the other Product editor options to make further changes. For example, you could use other AI tools to generate more images or use the pill menus to add text or graphic layers.
[Optional] When you have finished editing, download your images. Right-click an image to display its context menu and then select Download.
Alternatively, select an image to display its pill menu and select More actions ( ... ) and then Download.
